Educational qualification
Candidates must complete the following educational qualification for the relevant posts:

| Chowkidar (MTS) | SSC (10th pass) or ITI Business Certification, Konkani’s knowledge (compulsory), basic multi-tasking skills were preferred. |
| Stenographer Grade-III | HSSC (12th pass), 100 WPM in English shorthand, 35 WPM in English typing, knowledge of computer operations, knowledge of Konkani (compulsory). |
