Eligibility Criteria for Assam OBC scholarship

How to apply for OBC scholarship, Assam 2025
From 2025-26 season, NSP has implemented a new Once Registration (OTR) System. The application process is now in two stages:

- OTR ID will be generated after successful EKCC (Face authentication).
