Job Responsibility:-
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs as needed.
- Provide assistance to employees regarding human resources policies, procedures and programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Stay informed about relevant HR trends, best practices and regulatory changes
- Verify and process invoices and bills related to Human Resources operations, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. Monitor and analyze attendance data to identify trends, resolve attendance issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Scheduling interviews if there is a need in the organization, handling employee complaints and grievances promptly and professionally, investigating issues, mediating disputes and liaising with management to resolve disputes in a fair and constructive manner to work.

Salary Package :-
- The selected candidate will be offered a fixed term appointment on CTC mode at a consolidated monthly salary of Rs 20,000 to 24,000.
