Candidates must meet the following educational qualification and experience requirements:

| Production Assistant (Video) | Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication/Journalism or Diploma in Mass Communication with 2 -year TV production experience. Desirable: Script writing, editing, and AR/VR/AI Tools Knowledge. |
| Production assistant (audio) | Bachelor’s degree (audio-radio production) with diploma in media and 2 years experience in audio production. Desirable: nuendo proficiency, educational media experience, and AR/VR/AI tool knowledge. |
| Graphic Assistant/Artist | Fine arts with 2 years of experience with Diploma in Graphics and Animation or graduate in any subject. Desirable: 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, adobe software proficiency and skills in knowledge of AI Tools. |
| video editor | Any subject with a bachelor’s degree in mass communication or a diploma in video editing with 2 years experience. Desirable: Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects Proficiency, and AR/VR/AI Tools Knowledge. |
