• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, Computer course certificate, 10th passed with Punjabi.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university,

• A 120-hour course in computer use, including office productivity or desktop publishing applications, must be completed from an accredited or ISO-certified institution. Or

• Must have ‘O’ Level Certificate in Computer Information Technology from DOEACC.

• Passed Matriculation examination with Punjabi as a compulsory or elective subject.
