Merit and experience
- Educational qualification: Full -time engineering degree in relevant areas (mechanical, electrical, mining, instrumentation, production, etc.) or M.Sc. (Chemistry) or MBA/PGDM for material management roles.
- Experience: Depending on the post, 2 to 16 years of qualification experience experience. Additional experience required for diploma holders.
- Candidates with relevant experience in cement plants and hands on modern plant technologies will be preferred.
