Required Qualifications and Work Experience
- Minimum Educational Qualification:
- Graduation from a reputed institute.
- Candidates having higher education in Development/Rural stream will be given preference.
- Proficient in data analysis and presentation.
- Familiar with social media.
- Skilled in project management and problem solving.
- Proficiency in the local language of the concerned aspiring block.
- relevant work experience:
- Experience working with or doing internships in development organisations.
- Passion for community development.
- Innovative problem solving skills.
- A strong commitment to bringing about positive change.
Comment: Preference will be given to those candidates who have completed their higher education in development/rural stream.
Age Criteria

- proof of age: High School Certificate or equivalent certificate issued by the competent Board/Council.
