For the post of Junior Clerk-cum-Copist:

1. Part-I-Written Examination (Total 300 marks)
   • English – 100 points (2 hours)
   • Arithmetic – 100 points (1 hour)
   • General Knowledge – 100 digits (1 hour)
2. Part-II-Computer Science Testing (Practical) – 100 points (1 hour)
3. Part-III-Viva-Test Test – 35 digits

For the post of Junior Typist:

1. Part-I-Written Examination (Qualification in nature)
   • English – 100 points (2 hours)
2. Part-II-typewriting test (practical) – 50 points (10 minutes)
3. Part-III-Computer Science Testing (Practical) – 100 points (1 hour)
4. Part-IV-Viva-Voce test – 35 digits

Need for typing skills: The candidate should have a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute in English.

For the post of Stenographer Grade-III:

1. Part-I-Written Examination (Qualification in nature)
   • English – 100 points (2 hours)
2. Part-II-shorthand and typewriting test (practical) – 50 digits (15 minutes)
3. Part-III-Computer Science Testing (Practical) – 100 points (1 hour)
4. Part-IV-Viva-Voce test – 35 digits

Shorthand Skill required: The candidate should have a minimum shorthand speed of 80 words per minute in English in English and 40 words per minute.
